FFA CLUB

Purpose: FFA is a youth organization that prepares members for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. FFA develops members’ potential and helps them discover their talent through hands-on experiences, which give members the tools to achieve real-world success. Members are future farmers, chemists, veterinarians, government officials, entrepreneurs, bankers, international business leaders, teachers, and premier professionals in many career fields.
Requirements: Must be enrolled in an agriculture class during the first or second semester.
Club Meetings: 1st Wednesday of the Month, After School until 3:45 & 3rd Wednesday of the Month, Before School from student drop off until first bell.
Grade levels: 6th- 8th
Dues: No club dues
Major Activities: FFA Week Feb 9-13; South Eastern Youth Fair Feb 17-28; State Convention June 15-19
